I took my mom here for mother's day, and it wasn't too crowded for comfort, even though it is a very busy day for them they had everything very well stocked up, and the host patiently helped everyone along the way. Great atmosphere. Had drinks and snacks. My only complaints are that parking was a little difficult, and it is pretty pricy. My mom and I DID pick pretty big containers but I was still kinda shocked that my bill was $125. Each container was between 10 and 25 which was reasonable, then each small plant was 9 😬 then each little decoration had their individual costs anywhere between 10 cents and $5 and a maker's fee. That being said I still think the experience was well worth it, but it is a little pricier than I was originally expecting.

My mom and I had a fantastic time at Now and Zen today! This place is so cute and fun. The staff person, Chloe, was so knowledgeable, helpful and kind. If you’re looking for a unique activity for family or friends - I would definitely recommend it! We will for sure be back! Thank you Now and Zen for a great afternoon!

Our group had a fantastic time at Now and Zen with Paula! We had a large group and did a private terrarium build that was really enjoyable. There were so many options for everyone to show their creativity. Thank you for an amazing experience !

This place is a Gem. Took my kid here, and had a lot of fun. The lady was super nice and guided us through the process. You pick out a container for your succulent or cactus or bring your own, then pick out the plant you like, then a bunch of options to add, like crystals, beads, ornaments etc then you put it all together. You could go here alone, or with kids or friends. Enjoy 😊

What a way to spend a cloudy day in early March downtown Dayton, OH! My wife and I stopped by Now & Zen to kick off the upcoming spring season on a random Saturday afternoon. Nothing is more soothing than the creative process of building tranquility with a plentiful selection of air plants, succulents, and various accent pieces Parking was a little tight given it's on a main avenue located in the city, however, if you go on the weekend parking is at least free. The beautiful storefront was easily accessible from 3rd street and the initial environment was warm and welcoming. Hats off to Paula and Aaliyah for honoring our appointment time and quickly getting us seated with a thorough overview of what we were about to embark on After we were presented with the instructions, the journey began by going through all the various plants, accent pieces, and substrates to build our masterpiece. Overall, I highly recommend to anyone who wants a getaway from the stresses of society to stop in and build their own Zen garden. You can purchase pre-made arrangements or you can dibble and dabble to build your own. I highly recommend it to anybody who wants to support local!
